First thing I would say about Marc and the MDH crew is that they are all fair, honest, and loyal. I’ve been working with Marc for nearly 10 years and during that time he has proved to be one of the most knowledgeable project managers I have worked with. While he has transitioned away from a full-time PM he still hires people who run the jobs in the same professional manner. When problems arise, they are always helpful in finding a quick solution while keeping everyone’s best interests in mind. Our drywall work in some of their most recent projects has proved to be some of our best work to date and makes us proud to be a part of building such magnificent homes. They are also great in paying in a timely manner which I and every other subcontractor really appreciate. It creates a less stressful working environment and makes their homes a joy to work on. Finally, I would say that they are all very accessible and easy to work with. I look forward to working with MDH on many more future projects.
