Meet the Team
Marc Lohse
Marc has been building homes for over 25 years. His career started in Indiana, where he worked for a high-volume production builder who was closing 12 homes a day in central Indiana alone. The most valued lessons from that time were the importance of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and organization.
From there, Marc moved on to begin building custom homes in Indiana and then on to Colorado–building timberframe, ultramodern, Colorado mountain style, modern farm house, and contemporary homes at all varying levels of cost and detail. A highlight being an ultra-modern home featured in the New York Times, and Dwell magazine.
Marc David Homes has a long list of happy clients and beautiful homes and believes that speaks louder than anything.

Dan Kennedy
Dan has worked in the construction industry for the last 22 years. Starting as a project manager, Dan managed and oversaw the building of high-end custom lake homes in the heart of Minnesota’s lake country.
After moving to Colorado with his wife and twin daughters 9 years ago, Dan shifted focus toward estimating, sales, plan development, pre-construction services, and site analysis.
The previous 2 years before joining MDH, Dan worked for a high-end architecture firm. His eye for home design and organizational spacing maintains the balance of client vision and fitting within the budget.
Working with clients to deliver the dream home that was envisioned.
Dan’s well-rounded experience helps us design homes with constructability and value engineering in mind.
Communication and attention to detail are among his greatest strengths. Dan takes pride in his commitment to clients, the process, and creating a team environment.
Julie
Julie has over 20 years of experience in Operations including client relations, HR, project management, event planning, process improvement and team building. She loves the daily challenges of working at MDH and seeing clients becoming homeowners of their dream home. Julie wears multiple hats at Marc David Homes helping the team with daily projects, organizing team events, overseeing website operations, creating MDH merchandise, and helping to put together client baskets just to name a few. She has been married to her husband Kevin for 23 years and has a 13 year old daughter and 8 year old son. In her free time she loves being with her family, watching her daughter dance and son play soccer and football.
Linda
Linda has over 30 years of experience and is an incredible asset to the Marc David Homes Team. Linda oversees the financial aspects of MDH working to pay all invoices, run reporting, balance the budget, onboarding new employees and many other tasks. Linda loves seeing future homeowners have the home of their dreams and enjoys working with the fun and talent team at MDH. Linda is married and has 3 wonderful grown daughters. She loves working out, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Paul
Paul brings to the table 25 years of experience in home building and loves the daily challenge of construction and seeing happy homeowners. He has been married for 24 years to his lovely wife Kim and has a 21 year old son and 17 year old daughter. Paul loves spending time with his family and also enjoys boating, jet skiing and playing the drums. Paul is an incredible asset to the MDH team and loves working to build clients dream homes.
Zac
Zac brings 3 years of building experience to the MDH team. He loves the sense of family Marc David Homes effortlessly conveys and the opportunity to experience a variety of challenges on a daily basis. Being able to bring home owners dreams to life is something that Zac really loves and takes pride in. He has been married to his wife Katie for five years and is excited to grow his family in the future. He loves spending his free time woodworking, reading, hiking, and golfing. Zac is a wonderful addition to the MDH team.
Steve
Steve has been working on homes for the past seven years and really enjoys the uniqueness of each home. Being a part of moving the build through each new phase brings Steve a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. He really enjoys being a part of a strong, positive and encouraging team here at Marc David Homes. Steve is married and has a baby girl and loves spending time with his family, playing video games and reading books. He is also a skilled woodworker and loves designing interior wood trims. His eye for design and skill in woodworking is a great asset to the MDH team.
Landon
With 22 years of experience in construction and building, Landon is a stellar asset to the MDH team. He loves learning about new products and new building techniques. Seeing different architectural styles come to life is something Landon takes pride in and can’t wait to build a home that families will enjoy for a long time to come. In his free time Landon loves hiking, backpacking and everything outdoors. He also builds furniture on the side and enjoys time with friends and family.
Amy
With an incredible eye for design and a desire to exceed clients expectations, Amy has over 26 years of experience. Amy owned her own design company for over 25 years before joining the Marc David Homes team. Amy loves helping people bring their homes to life through meaningful design and having it be a fun and memorable experience for each client. Working with the clients daily to bring about the perfect design plan for them is her greatest joy. Amy has been married to her husband Jason for 23 years and has a daughter in college and another daughter in high school. In addition to spending time with her family she loves being outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking, art and painting. Amy is an important part of the MDH team and can’t wait to make the next client’s dreams come true.
